DM catalogue is being rereleased on 180 gram vinyl!

The Depeche Mode full length album catalogue is being rereleased on lovely 180 gram vinyl! The first four titles are coming out this Monday (UK) / Tuesday (US). The first four titles showing up will be Songs Of Faith And Devotion, Some Great Reward, Music For The Masses, and Black Celebration. I, like a lot of you, am really excited to see more music on vinyl with hopes of a lot more to come! More details on the next titles being releases as we hear about them. “Goodbye” fourth radio single [update]

"Goodbye" has been picked as the fourth radio single by Sony/Columbia. It was pushed to radio on January 13th, just as the 2014 European tour was beginning. It seems to be strictly a radio promo, with radios having been serviced with the album mix of the track. Not sure the single was pushed to radio in all markets. Look forward to the mayhem that will inevitably hit the forums. Remember how the doomsday fantasies ran amok on the forums in the wake of "Goodbye Lovers" being used as a final single for "Exciter"? Dave Gahan: “If it works out, a new Soulsavers album appears spring 2015.”

Dave (Gahan) and Rich (Machin) have said it before, but it's now one and a half year later after they first said it and they're still saying it: a new Soulsavers album featuring Dave Gahan is being planned. In the new special issue of German magazine Sonic Seducer, Dave and Rich got interviewed sometime around October, in order to promote their Deluxe-edition of their 2012 release 'The Light The Dead See'. Discovery Channel’s promo for Ridley Scott-produced “Klondike” mini-series features Depeche Mode soundtrack

Discovery Channel is digging for gold with the premiere of the Ridley Scott-produced mini-series, "Klondike," premiering on January 20th on Discovery Channel in the US and Canada. The 3-part mini-series focuses on those who reached out to touch, er, gold in the Yukon Territory wilderness of the 1890s and features Scottish actor Richard Madden ("Game of Thrones"), Abbie Cornish ("RoboCop"), Tim Roth ("Pulp Fiction"), Sam Shepard ("August: Osage County") and Augustus Prew ("Kick-Ass 2"). Billboard’s Top 25 Tours of 2013

As the band perform their last show of the year tonight in Helsinki before the holiday break, Billboard has released their list of the Top 25 Tours of 2013 and Depeche Mode sit firmly in the #9 spot.  Bon Jovi took top honors in the #1 spot, but also in the Top 10 are names like Pink, Bruce Springsteen, Rihanna, Beyoncé, and The Rolling Stones.. not a bad group to be apart of.
