Live In Berlin released 17/11

There is a lot going on around the net about the forthcoming Delta Machine Tour DVD, but we're only going to share what we can confirm. Both the BBFC and Anton Corbijn's Facebook page are confirming that the "Depeche Mode: Live In Berlin" concert film will be released in The UK on 17/11. Nothing solid on other parts of the world just yet, but we trust these sources enough to go ahead and report on it here. Like any releases, these things can change. Kiev gig has been cancelled

After much fan speculation and wonder, the official announcement has been made. Due to the current civil unrest and instability in Kiev and the whole of Ukraine, the concert in Kiev has been cancelled. The announcement comes with a heavy heart and everyone will keeping the Ukrainians in thier thoughts. New promo video from Live Nation

A new Live Nation Delta Machine promo video surfaced today that has an interview with Martin Gore where he discusses a variety of topics. While it's a short video, Martin talks about fan participation at the shows, Dave as a front man, adding Christian to live shows in '98 and more. And yes, we know Christian played the two Ultra parties and live TV in '97, but he was talking about adding him as a permanent fixture in the live set up for an entire tour as some of the hardcore fans out there will rush to point out... Depeche Mode Dominates Hot Tours

Billboard has released it's "Hot Tours Ranking" and Depeche Mode's recent trek through North America was extremely successful. While it seems a tad obnoxious to release the earnings on some level, it's really interesting to see at the same time. Coming in behind Depeche were names like Michael Bublé, Iron Maiden, and more. Support names starting to surface..

As the band wraps up a highly successful North American leg of their Delta Machine Tour tonight, all eyes are looking towards the winter as the ship heads towards it's third leg that will see the band gigging all the way into March. I'm sure more details will start coming up through the next few weeks, but some support names we're seeing confirmed so far are Nadine Shah, Big Deal, and The Soft Moon. All interesting bands in their own and should set a good tone for warming up the night for Depeche. I'm personally excited to see that The Soft Moon will be supporting as I am a fan of his/theirs and the label...
