Now that the much discussed Paris Press Conference has officially been confirmed by the band and the Devotees are buzzing about the digital countdown clock etc.... they have gone on to entice us even more, the band will be making a special "Exciting" announcement at the press conference. If you thought the Black Swarm was buzzing already, let's prepare ourselves for what could be some monumental speculation! Cinema screening events for "A Strange Hour In Budapest" are being held in cities like Toronto, Copenhagen, Oslo, and more. Alan will not be attending all of them, but most, if not all, have after party events planned. Some interesting questions asked an answered by Alan already. A new interview with Daniel Miller for Music Week is up and you should definitely give it a read. The interview is more about Daniel and Mute, but Depeche are discussed as well. It's a nice perspective on how he deals with things related to Mute in this day and age. A new doc about Anton is coming out called "Inside Out" and it's described as "An intimate portrait of Anton Corbijn as he travels the world as a photographer, film maker and video artist." Directed by Klaartje Quirijns, the forthcoming doc seems it will delve into the "drama and conflict inherent in the man himself: the sacrifice of his private life versus his meteoric career, his commercial success versus his desire for artistic recognition" and so on.
