While there should be more coming soon, this is a fairly substantial chunk, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Russia in addition to the already announced UK and Ireland dates. With the announcement of the in-door European tour coming ever closer, a local German promoter slipped up and distributed street posters too early, announcing a show at Oberhausen's KöPi Arena on October 31st. The venue claims not to have any knowledge of the event. Thankfully, we're not that easily fooled!

According to Swiss media outlet 20min.ch Depeche Mode will be playing in Geneva (Palexpo) on November 10 and Zürich (Hallenstadion) on December 6. Tickets should go on sale this coming Monday.

While no official announcement have been made yet, press in as far away apart places as Latvia and Israel are reporting that the band are planning on recording and releasing most (if not all) of the shows on their forthcoming tour. The band premiered this concept on the last half of their 2005/2006 Touring The Angel tour.
