SixToes will be releasing their second album, "The Morning After", on the 16/6/2014. Seems there will be a limited number of CD albums being printed up as well as a digital version of course. Many of you know SixToes from their remixes for Depeche Mode and last years “Low Guns” single featuring vocals from Dave Gahan. The forthcoming album will feature a version of "Low Guns" in which Dave Gahan is singing throughout. Be sure to look out for the video of the next single "Hawthorns" that will be released next week.

An interesting video that really complements the song well, so be sure to check it out. The “Low Guns” single is out 11/18, with The Morning After LP from SixToes will see it's release in early 2014.

In an era of bands getting really creative to promote their music, SixToes is doing a Treasure Hunt for their new single "Low Guns" that features vocals from Dave Gahan. What they're doing is leaving copies of the cassette hidden in different countries around the world leading up to the release. I think it's genius myself and just plain fun for the fans. Recently I have seen a few bands use cassettes as a tool to promote a record. In fact, one band just released their entire record on CD & cassette. In a new interview with Clash Music, Dave Gahan hints at the possibility we might see some new Depeche Mode music by the end of the year. Or did he? The interviewer, Mat Smith, says that Dave said to him that the band hope to have something out by the end of a year, a single perhaps, but doesn't quote Dave directly.
