Ghosts Again (Vinegar Hill Sessions)

Depeche have released a live performance of “Ghost Again” from the Vinegar Hill Sound studio on their YouTube channel. While only listed in the “Audio Production” and “Audio Mixing & Additional Engineering” roles in the performance credits, I think it’s a pretty fair bet that the additional musicians are obviously producers James Ford and Marta Salogni. While subtle and nuanced, we’re loving the little changes tucked away in the performance, let’s hope more songs from this session show up soon. Also, I love seeing the reel to reel tape machines behind the band again. It was one thing to see video of one in the 2006 “Photographic” backing screen live, but actual tape machines in the back is a fun nod to their past. Not to mention one of Marta’s specialties.
