“101” 180 gram vinyl in October

We’ve been hearing some rumblings about some new Depeche Mode vinyl surfacing at some point this year and some fairly solid news has now surfaced regarding a reissue of “101” on 180 gram vinyl…. finally! Sadly “101” was not included when the Depeche Mode album catalog was re-released on 180 gram vinyl back in 2014. Those albums  were put out in bundles of 4 that were spread out over the first few months of that year, so it’s going to be great to see “101” now join those records. According to a few online sources, it’s looking like it will be released via Sony in October of this year. This is great news, especially for the vinyl junkies who have been wanting this seminal live recording from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA pressed up on those warm 180 gram grooves. If the details change or we hear about more vinyl releases, we will, of course, update you on it. Will “Songs Of Faith And Devotion Live”, “The Best Of Depeche Mode Vol. 1”, or something else get the 180 gram vinyl treatment as well? We shall see….
