Leaked tourdates in the press so far – update

Even though some fabricated tourdates have been floating on the web for these past few months, these past few weeks several sites reported tourdates which seem to be legit. While some of them appear to be merely “rumoured”, others are likely to have been leaked, with the latest one being the dates in Germany by a promoter. Here’s a recap of what has been mentioned in the press so far (but note that all of these dates are unconfirmed):

Tagesspiegel reported at the start of this month that DM were going to play in Berlin and other cities in Germany in June 2013, and Ynet.com revealed recently that our band was going to perform at Yarkon Park, Tel Aviv in May. This all is likely to be true, due to leak that was discovered yesterday on the website of the promoter dirkbecker-entertainment.de (the pressrelease has now been taken down). On this site it could be read that DM will play at Hayarkon Park Tel Aviv on May 7th, Olympiastadiun in München on June 1st, Mercedes Benz Arena in Stuttgart on June 3rd, Commerzbank Arena in Frankurt on June 5th, Olympiastadium Berlin on June 9th, Red Bull Arena Leipzig on June 11th, Imtech Arena Hamburg June 17th, and Esprit Arena Düsseldorf July 3rd, and it mentioned that there will be concerts in Stade de France Paris, Olympiastadium Rome and in Moscow. This also backs up French radiohost Zegut’s blogpost (who also revealed the date in 2008 for DM playing at the same venue in 2009), who claimed that DM will play at Stade de France on June 15th. Moreover, Aftonbladet reported the other day that the band will play at the Swedish Peace & Love festival in Borlänge, which is from 25 till 29 June, and Greek newspaper Eleftheros Tipos stated that DM will play Terra Vibe on May 10th. Some other rumours stirred up by the press: RTVE think it’s likely that DM will once again be at the Bilboa festival which lasts from the 11th till 13th of July, and several Serbian sites claim that DM will visit their country in Belgrade on the 18th of May. Some sites reported that organisers are attempting to bring DM to Serbia at Ušće in May 2013. Vingio Park in Vilnius, Lithuania will be visited on May the 27th according this news site, published today. The Glastonbury festival is also rumoured to include DM next year, although that would seem very unlikely, as well as the Rock Werchter and Pinkpop festivals. And lastly, some fansites report some other tentative dates: Depechemode.sk claims to have gotten word of dates for Prague and Bratislava, while Depmode.com received note from Russian organizers that there will be concerts in Kiev, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

We’ll find out tomorrow how much of this is true!

Update – Under The Radar just decided to jump on the bandwagon and release a long list of dates! They seem to be consistent with most rumours…
