Depeche Mode cancel shows in Brazil
Due to the logistics of the recently rescheduled European dates, Depeche Mode regret that the shows scheduled for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Sao Paulo, Brazil will not be taking place.
Depeche Mode wishes to sincerely apologize to their Brazilian fans for this news.

what is happening! I'm English but i feel for those in Brazil why should they miss out! i hope it was nothing to do with the money being made in Europe.

To reference DM's first single from SOTU, this Brazil cancellation is just "WRONG!" I live in NY, and will see them here soon. But it's never good for any band to cancel shows anywhere in the world - unless for reasons that can't be helped (e.g. bladder cancer). But fans have long memories, and this won't help DM any. Very bad ;(

I CANT BELIEVE THAT ,SINCE 1993 WE ARE WAITING FOR THEM TO COME TO BRAZIL ,THATS A SHAME , I THINK THE BRAZILIANS FANS DESERVE MORE RESPECT THAN THAT.. WELL MAYBE ONE DAY WE GET TO SEE THEM AGAIN HERE IN BRAZIL... THAT WAS NOT NICE GUYS

Well... looks like Brazil's out of the Universe. But not! Have too many friends as Chile, Argentina or Germany, who have 15 SHOWS at the DM Schedule! As a DM Brazilian fan, me and a lot of fans here are very, very sad.

For fifteen years sudamerica waits for the return of dm, is a lack of respect that the shows cancel in brazil to reschedule dates in europa where they touch every month. My solidarity with the fans of the Brazil. Esteban fron Argentine

I Can´t understand why DM cancelled shows in Brazil and Keep some gigs in other contries in Latin America: Brazil is the country where they sold more records and definitly they have more fans!!!

That is so Strange: I mean DM does not know anything about geography in South America: They Kept shows in Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, 4 Shows in Mexico and left Brazil behind! I think they don´t have respect for the millions records sold in Brazil(the country where they sold more records in Latin America) in their History!

I agree with Alceu Correia comments...unfortunately Depeche Mode doesn't know nothing about the sales statistic of their albuns in latin America !!!! It's amazing. I am very sad because Depeche Mode leave Brazil out of this tour !
