Black Strobe: A Remix Collection
Black Strobe’s remix for Depeche Mode’s classic, “Something To Do”, will be featured on a new remix collection coming out in December.
Black Strobe AKA Parisian’s Ivan Smagghe and Arnaud Rebotini will be releasing their ‘Shining Bright Star’ as a one-sided limited 12″ mixed by the mercurial Paul Epworth; Black Strobe have remixed two artists he has produced (Bloc Party, White Rose Movement) and, in turn, Epworth has remixed their current single ‘Shining Bright Star’ and is in place to man the controls for their debut album (due Spring 2007). The 12″ will be released on the 27th November.
Then on December 5th Black Strobe are releasing a compilation of all the fearsome remixes that have had us juddering across dancefloors for the past few years.
